The DVC of UCT, Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng give new expectations to CI

On 8 June 2017, the DVC of UCT, Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng had a meeting with staff from International Academic Programme Office. During the meeting, Prof. Phakeng mentioned that as a center for enquires of China affairs, Confucius Institute at UCT is expected to be a one stop of relationships between South Africa and China, which can be a window for those who comes from China to get the first view of South Africa.
